I left Uni last saturday, i.e. the day before xmas eve, and headed back home to Gbg. The following day we all went to my uncle's place in Habo (about 170km east of here), which is a small-ish town of maybe 2000. Spent Xmas eve there with my cousins just chatting, drinking and generally having a merry ol' time. Can't rememeber the last time I ate till I was actually wanting to be sick! Some people just don't know when to stop!
On xmas day we headed back home and started packing up some stuff, bla bla bla...i just realised this isnt much too talk about! I'll make myself even shorter...
- moved my parents' tv to my flat
- went to the capital for a few days
- met up with some uni mates there
- went to IKEA on the way back to buy some stuff for my room (it's starting to look like something i can call home for the next 2 yrs)
When i get back i can look forward to a 3 day home exam and, as i found out last night, taking care of some of the new exchange students. Me being a good samaritan and helping our exchange students increases my chances of being able to do my last semester in Canada. Hmm, it's not really a being a good samaritan if you gain something is it?? Anywho, I've looked into a few of the unis we have exchange programs with and of the three the uni in Calgary looks like the better one. The other ones are in small towns which im not too keen on. And besides, Calgary is pretty close(-ish) to Vancouver! and it also has lots of clinical psych. courses.
